deformed hatchling

My broody hen managed to hatch some eggs at the tail end of some very extreme heat. One hatchling is deformed..very small, bulging eyes, some feathers missing on shoulders and body and may have small wings.
She is eating, acting like a chick and mom is taking good care of her.

Any possibility the feathers will grown in (2 days old today 07/03/21) and survive to be a laying hen (if she is a girl?
