For the last week or so, we've been getting one egg a day that looks deformed, is larger than the others, is a lot lighter colored than the others and has cracks in it. It's being laid by a year old red sex link. The bottom picture shows on the left yesterday's egg and then three of today's eggs to the right. The outside eggs are supposed to be the color of the other brown one. The only thing that I'm thinking it could be is that the hens have access to some grower food that we're still giving to our 4 month old chicks. Does anybody know if this is something we should be worried about? Could it be the grower food? This will probably be their last bag of that so if that's the problem, hopefully that will solve it. Thanks for any help!!

The one on the left appears to be a lack of calcium problem.

Yes, the problem can be that they are eating the grower feed. They should be eating a 16-18% layer feed along with calcium and fresh water. Here's a link too.
