Ok sad question. I've had eggs swallow chicks and suffocate them with goop when they make first opening. Another issue is the ones come out week and deformed have just died. They wont eat and I help em drink till dead. What can I do. I been told I could put them down so they dont suffer. I've put down 12 now and unless I know it is right thing to do I'm very sad. Plz help I cried

time to look at your incubator, what brand? is it still air or forced? did you calibrate an extra thermometer and hygrometer? do they match your incubator? what humidity did you run? what temp?
it sounded like you had babies drown in goo, that suggest that the humidity was too high. how did you track moisture loss?
sorry so many questions that will help folks give you good advice on what to fix going forward

Humidair, forced, yes extra thermometer and hydrometer, yes they match 45% humidity 99.5°, and my landord says la fleche are weak from young hens is can happen. He says its cause I'm not turning em and I am turning 4-6 times a day. Timmer wont work so I manual turn in incubator.

I am not familiar with that incubator, but if it is holding temp stable and accurate then that should not be the issue. if you are having very many that are drowning then I would say the humidity needs to be lower during the incubation period, prior to setting lockdown. I know there are folks that say to hand turn make sure its an odd number of times so that when they set overnight( presumably the longest time in between turns) its on a different side each night. I know when I had to hand turn for a short while I marked a "o" on one side and a "x" on the other so I made sure they were making a full turn. egg age and breeder stock would be the next thing to look at. I am not an expert just a very nosy amateur that has read WAY to much. with the breeding stock time of year and nutrition(once the egg is laid all the nutrition available to that embryo is already inside) would be my thoughts? it seems like there is an article about how to tell what is deficient in the egg by what is happening but I can't remember how to find it?
the curled toes some folks have reported success fixing with little shoes made from cardboard and taped to the bottom of the chicks feet to help straiten them. I have not but there are threads here where it can be seen.
weak chicks I would give em a drop of nutri-drench carefully, or another vitamin liquid, just something to give em a little boost. I have had chicks overheat in the brooder and act weak and lethargic? do you have a thermometer at chick level in the brooder?

The goo is from inside and it dries in the chicks beak. I dont vaccinate either so I give the organic unprocessed high quality apple cider vinegar to water. I use nutritional boost too but bottle is across farm right now to get name. I'm texting in buggy phone so reply is hard for me. Yes thermometer in brooder. Tape feet isnt in my plan. Its the sprawled legs ones die. And ive experience much lethargic bc of storm time and learned about it then as well as found hot spot where one used to cold gets lethargic. Ive brought back in a little older one thats very chick friendly to help them know what and how to eat. I had 100% successful raise for 2 months then since we had the storm several weeks ago ive been having this problems. SHOULD I PUT DOWN DEFORMED CHICKS so they dont suffer? Or at what point is suffering for them. I posted pics of struggle chicks I have right now. The curle toes I have to water it and set out food, but besides that they been passing when even looking like strength ok

I am sorry you are not having a good hatch.
I would NOT get eggs from the person you got these eggs from again.

Did you salt test your humidity gauge?

Your humidity is too high which can cause the goo but these looks like deformities that might be caused by the parent stock.

The chick pictured above should be put down, in my opinion.
The sooner the better.
