Deformed Toe on my chicken. help.

ok so I have a few buff brahma bantam and one of them has a deformed toe on her talon and it seems like when she perches it hurts her cause she shivers that leg if she puts pressure on it but she will run around just fine im also worried it is affecting her cause her sisters are now twice the size of her and some are laying eggs. So does anyone know what I should do cause I feel really bad when I see her try to perch cause she sits on one leg also the toe is the on the far right and its like bent under the foot but its not broken cause she doesn't freak out when I look at it.

Put her out of her misery she looked like she was in pain when she tried to stand on her right leg. And she was only half the size of her sisters.
