Today I noticed one of my 7 week old chicks had diarrhea. I have been inspecting them, and I belive the one that has it also has deformed toes which I just noticed. It is the same toe on both feet. They were normal when I got her, which I why I didn't notice it until now. What should I do? If I should splint, how do I do that? I'm pretty new to raising chickens.

Some can get crooked toes. It can be from a deficiency, either the chick, or the hen that laid the egg. It is most likely genetic, and doesn't seem to bother them. I've had a hen where all the toes were curled around. It can help to provide wide roosts for them so they are more comfortable at night. I don't believe there's anything you can do to correct it unfortunately.

It can be genetic, nutrition deficiency of tge hen, or humidity issues or settings during incubation. It won't bother her one bit.

She's too old to try bracing it, if she had it when she first hatched you can use those first 24 to 48 hours to try correcting things, then they start getting set in place.
