I've seen several articles online about using a dehydrator as an incubator. I found a small few threads on BYC about this, but wanted to see if anyone had tried it with success.
From what I've read, keeping a pan of water in the bottom of the dehydrator provides humidity. Hand turning the eggs 2-3 times a day and letting them cool for 30 minutes a day has been recommended. And of course monitoring humidity, temp, and candling.
Has anyone actually done this successfully? I have a nine-tray Excalibur dehydrator.
