dehydrator recipes

Hi everybody! I am looking for stuff to make in my dehydrator while waiting for the rest of my garden to ripen. I already found chicken jerky here. Just wondering if anybody had any favorites they would like to share. Thanks.

I haven't worked with my dehydrator extensively so I don't have a favorite recipe (mostly only dried jerky and some fruit leather) but if you go to this link, there is alot of great information on drying fruits, veggies, herbs, etc. http://www.canningpantry.com/dehydration-of-food.html

I don't have any to offer you, but the used bookstores always have books on this stuff really cheap.
