Delaware, Cynthia or Cyntio?

This is Cynthia, about 3 month old Delaware. So, what do you think?

I'm voting Cyntio, I'm pretty sure I see saddle feathers and at 12 weeks the pullets are usually not that red and developed in the face.

That is a male. I see pointy saddle feathers, and the comb, wattles, and face are too red for a twelve week old pullet.
