Delaware Hatch day is over...6 chics, Update with Pics!!!

I just put my 14 Delaware eggs in the Hatcher...WooHoo, 3 days to go! I am totally excited about this hatch. I have not wanted any chicken more than these Dels....I'm a bit nervous!

This whole hatching thing is completely nerve racking!!! But its oh so worth it when you see them come out of the egg

TJ, I'm excited for you. I'll be doing my second batch of Delaware eggs next month. The first one was a fertility test for one of our mutual friends, but this one will be to "fill the coop", if I'm lucky.

How eggciting. Hatching is just thrilling. New life. Me and the DH loves to watch the babie chicks sleep the first week they hatch.

Thank you both...I am keeping my fingers crosses for a great hatch.

I have been fortunate to have no problems with the bator at all...temp and humidity have been great!!!!

I will post pics when they hatch.
