Delaware, Light Brahma, or both?

I have a roo which I believed was a light brahma for awhile. But he has a single comb while the brahma roos ive seen have pea combs. then i googled some stuff and he does sort of resemble a delaware. plus he's not as big as the brahma roos ive seen. and he has feathered feet and legs. is he a mix?
when he was a chick he was a white/yellow color, sort of a cream.

Could be a columbian cochin. They aren't very common here though- but really pretty! Dellies should never have feathered legs.
