Delaware, pullet or cockerel?

I believe I already know but then I read a thread that contradicts me, so I start thinking the other then I see a picture that changes my mind again.

So, I'm turning this one over to BYC.

It's 7 weeks old BTW.

I feather sexed him at 1 day. Roo. Combs and wattles. Roo. Personality. Roo. Thick legs. Roo.

But then he's fully white, very little coloring. I was told he was a she. Then all my other roos have started crowing and he makes a ton of noise but never an attempt to crow.

I was pretty sure but I wanted to get a second opinion. thanks.
