Hey guys...I bought this little DELAWARE lady/fella when he was a day old. Supposedly a pulley, I am definently having my doubts now that she is newly 6 weeks old! I have been doing a ton of research on forums here on the same topic and online in general... And he seems to be following the roo traits! I have a buff orpington who is also 6 weeks old and is so tiny compared to him /her, and who's comb is still yellow, whereas the Delaware is bright red and he/she has gigantic legs! Here are some photos... The best I could! He/she is also super sweet and acts like a pup!!
Traits:
*lots of smut down shoulder blade area
* thick legs about the diameter of my middle finger
* bright reddish orange comb and wattles
* tail is horizontally striped with black
* Wings have a ton of black on them
P.s....I'm New to this whole thing! Just asking for friendly advice for a newbie! Thanks in advance! And she/he changes drastically each day . Her comb is much more red and the Wattles are much bigger now than even in these photos ❤☺

Oh my goodness! Thanks for the quick input guys!!! **Funny story!**...When we got our chicks, everyone got to pick out their own type of "pullet"...and name it! I have 2 kids (6 yrs & 3 yrs), well...my son picked out the Delaware. Even after we repeatedly told him that we were only getting girls (so we thought), my son INSISTED on calling his chicken "James Ignacio"... of course at first it was just funny, but now I'm thinking child's intuition?? Hmmm...
