Delayed egg hatch

A couple more questions about my silkie chicks... This is my first time hatching eggs. The chicks that hatched on day 19 and 21 are doing well and have been in the brooder for 5 days now. One late bloomer hatched yesterday and is still in the incubator. How long before I put the last one in the brooder? What is the best way to intergrade the new little one into the brooder with the others? Will the first hatched chicks accept it or do you think they would bully it if I just slipped it in there with them?

Leave the chick in the incubator until fully dried which is usally 10- 15 hours. I have left mine in longer at times to.
Ive never had a problem putting chicks that hatched on different days together.
If they do start to bully her then maybe seperate her for awhile.
