I think especially starting where it says, "It is in this phase of hatching that many chicks die resulting in late dead in shell." may help you.

The lower humidity number sounds right to me. BTW there are two measures of humidity - wet-bulb and relative. Often that is not clarified in advice about humidity.

I have read on the forum a number of times people keeping the humidity way too high and the ducklings "drown" though there may be a more specific word for it.
