Deleting a Duplicate Comment or Reply

I see where I can edit my comment or post but I do not see where I can delete it. Am I missing it?

You can click the red flag in the post and let us know in the comments that it is a duplicate.

Being able to just delete would be really nice

Yes we have considered in the past giving the ability to delete posts to members.
Unfortunately, the downside is that someone gets mad and deletes all their posts and ruins the continuity of important threads.

We would rather be able to review posts that are requested to be deleted to make sure the information and thread stays intact.

You can edit your post within a certain time frame, but we prefer you don't do that if it will remove good and valuable information and the Staff has the ability to restore such posts.
