Deleware Chicks

So...got another batch of chicks today..this time we got 15 Delewares from Meyer Hatchery and we have 23, 2 & 3 week old Cubalayas in the brooder currently!

My son wanted to "pick his own" chicken...and these are what he picked. Super cute but much bigger chicks than my Cubalayas!

I'll try to upload a picture of them in their makeshift brooder I have in my office here at work! LOL

Anyone have pictures of their Delewares?!

I dont have pictures, but i DO have a Delaware chick (Deliliah, 13 days old!!)

I'm going to try to get photos up- she is starting to feather out, and is getting black ribboning on her tail and wings... She is by far my most affectionate chick. Always the first to nuzzle up next to mamma!

My cubalayas are such lovers!! I reach into the brooder and they all come flying over, almost literally!!
