Delicious Deviled Eggs

Thought I'd share the recipe of my favorite deviled eggs with you guys
First I did the whole boil eggs and put in ice water thing:

Then I peeled them, cut them in half and mixed all yolks with the ingredients below:

12 eggs
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise, full fat version
1 tsp. mustard, any kind
6 Tbsp. red onion, minced
2 tsp. horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for a sprinkle on top

Finally I put the mixture in a bag and filled the egg halves. And there we go:

Today we added feta cheese to the recipe above and used normal onions instead of red ones. It doesn't taste bad but we'll stick to the original recipe next time again. Some things just shouldn't be changed.

You don't know how things will turn out until you try them!

Sometimes we like to add a bit of curry powder to our deviled eggs. Or Herb de Provence is nice for a change.

Good to shake things up once in a while!
