Delware wont lay

We have a Delaware that only lays very rarely and not in the box is there anything we can do?

How old is the bird and how long have you had it in your flock? How many birds, total, do you keep in what size of an area? What are you currently feeding your flock? How is the production of your other birds? Where *does* the bird lay when she lays?

The Delaware is not 4 years old and has been in my flock for over a year and has never layed, all the other birds lay when she does lay she lays under a tree.

She is "not 4 years old" - that doesn't really answer how old she is.......
