Currently we are raising several different breeds of chicken. Specifically black austrolorp, speckled Sussex, Rhode island reds, barred rocks, brahmins, gold can't remember hens proper name lol. Hatched out some chicks that were offspring of the rooster in the chicken coop which is a black Australorp. Speckled Sussex are buying far the most aggressive chickens in the coop first in line for food first to get in a fight over food and the first one to beat up on introduced chicks actually they're not chicks any more of their poults understand the peck order and all the established birds take their turns reminding the juvenile delinquents they're placing chicken Society. By and far the speckled Sussex beat the new guys up with greater severity than arrest no blood no feathers missing nothing like that but they pursue the chicks rather than just a pack and go suggestions other than throw the Sussex into a skillet which is always a possibility

You could try caging the bully/s in a crate or similarly small, restricted area to see if losing their place in the pecking order brings them down a peg or two. Some breeds do seem bossier than others in general.
