Demon chickens

hello, I recently received a new chicken, she is a welsummer, and she was hatched this spring. Input her in the coop at night with my three RIRs ( also hatched this spring). Today, when I went in the coop she was hiding in the nesting box, a couple hours later I went out there and she was still in there. I grabbed her and sat her outside but my RIRs chased her back into the nesting box. What do I do??? Please help!!!

She needs to be cooped where your rir can see her but not reach her, normally they will accept her as part of their flock after a while (week or so) and then she can range with them. My Marans just tend to be mean and I have heard that production reds.can be the same though.
