Denagard Dosage for Mixed Flock?

I have a small flock of some standard sized hens, silkies, and tiny seramas weighing 15oz each.

What would be the proper denagard 12.5% liquid dosage? How many days should I give it to them? I am "treating" for mycoplasma. I also have three call ducks.

Any help is appreciated. I am lost on what dosage I should give to them all. Thanks so much!
