My hens are eleven weeks old. When will the start laying?

! Pleased to have you in our flock! Depending on breed, your hens could start laying as early as 20 weeks all the way to 26 weeks or even longer. I've heard as early as 18 weeks but I think that is pretty rare. Good luck to you!
