Depressed hen? Please help!

This is what I do when I have a bird that is acting 'off'......

I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor:
-their intake of food and water,
-crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed),
-and their poops.
Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.
Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Hi I went to my local pharmacy today to ask if they had it but they do not sell it. Do you know anything that I could give her in the meantime whilst I try to find somewhere that does sell calcium citrate ? :)
What part of the world do you live in? Those tablets are sold at Walmart if you are in the US, but you should be able to find an equivalent at any store with a good vitamin selection. That one is a generic bit the brand name is Citracal with D3.

Hello, last night I isolated her into a coop that I call the chicken hospital, just like you said,I have been monitoring what she has been eating, drinking and what her poops are like. She hasn't eaten anything and her poops are very runny and kind of yellow-green. I checked her abdomen it's squishy and quite hot, and I could feel something inside her to the right, it felt like it could move-sounds a bit weird I know.
Until the part about her sitting in a nest for periods without laying, all the rest of her symptoms sound like molt.

Did this all start right after the fox attack or more recently?

On the off chance she's having a stuck egg issue, and this can accompany onset of molt, give her a calcium citrate tablet now and each day for the next several days. If there is a soft egg being stubborn, this will help her push it out. This is what you need to buy. Give the tablet whole, directly into her beak.View attachment 3230408

Sounds like ascites, might be egg bound, but IMO ascites is a death sentence.

Show a pic of the 'ingredients'(percentages of calcium and VitD's.

United Kingdom.
Here's how to add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!
