@Clearwater Chicken, your avatar is a kakapo, right? Have you ever heard their call? It’s a very low, deep, chesty note that carries for miles. Unless I’m mistaking it for something else. A bassoon is an orchestral instrument (Reed section, I think) that has a very low note.

okay, I know what they are, but i have never heard their call, but i have heard descriptions. and yes a Basson is a reed instrument.
