Are you able to hatch eggs? If so PiperOmar on here may be selling hers, and they are gorgeous birds from her eggs. They are very easy to sex at a young age because the sexes are dimorphic so you could rehome any cockerels early. Otherwise, you can check with Papa Brooder on here and see if he can hatch you any, as he does hatch and sell them, but he doesn't sell them sexed. You can check your local craigslist and your local thread in the Where am I, Where are You section to see if anyone has pullets for sale. Otherwise, you can try to buy sexed pullets from a hatchery but they will not be as good quality and chances are hatcheries aren't hatching them this time of year. I know that when they are hatching them, you can get them from Ideal, Meyer, and McMurray. Good luck!

Where are you located? I have some pullets that are otherwise destined for the freezer.

No, they aren't mean and are 6-8 months old. For the most part I send any birds I don't keep for breeding to the freezer.

You can try PiperOmar, though I think eggs this time of year are going to be hard to come by. I know I am getting very few eggs from my lot.
