I posted early this morning about my 3.5 year old hen Kiev who last night, I found disoriented in the corner. A couple hours later, when I picked her up, she “vomited” brown discharge, which I figured meant she had a sour crop. So I isolated her without water for 12 hours, but now, she won’t eat or drink anything. He comb is very droopy, and when I picked her up to massage her crop just now, clear liquid came out of her beak. I’m really not sure what to do, since we don’t have an avian vet in the area and I’m not comfortable tube or syringe feeding her. I don’t know how to make her feel better and get rid of this sour crop

Sour crop is a slowed crop that has grown fungus. It is often caused by impacted crop but not always. The first thing to do is clear any obstruction, or impaction. Massage the crop, feed oil if necessary, or in last resort force vomit the bird.
Then treat the fungus. Sometimes it will go away on its own once the crop is clearing properly again. Often it will require antifungal medicine. Miconazole or fluconazole for women's yeast infection actually works and is available without prescription. Tablet form is best.

How would I administer the tablet? Can I crush it and put it on cheese? (Pretty much the only thing she’ll eat right now)

I recently had a rooster with sour crop. After getting most of the smelly fluid up his appetite was a bit better. He just ate the tablet right off my finger. By the next day he was back to normal. I hope your hen gets better soon!
