Desperately Seeking Black Copper Maran in MA area

I'm looking desperately for a BCM (French standard with feathered legs)
I only keep a small free range flock on just under an acre fenced in and they're kept as pets

Preferably, I would like a young hen and would compensate more than fairly.
Also interested in pullets or chicks.
I would only want 1 or 2 so I cannot order any.

Have you also tried a "want to buy" ad over in the BYC area and be sure to mention your state in the Title...

Hi. I'm in SE MA. I had a batch of FBCM hatch a week ago. I have about a dozen that hatched. They are available, straight run, of course. I've been getting $10/chick. Parents are here on my farm & my flock is MA state tested.
