Hermione spashed her paws in the stream to clean them, then clenched her jaw at the cold. Winter was coming soon, and the stream was bitter cold.

Hermione paused to lick a thorn out of her paw, then continued trotting to camp.

Hermione hummed something to herself as she looked curiously up into a tree. She spread out her claws, then leaped, muscles in her flanks rippling. She landed silently on a low hanging branch, and she turned and leapt to the next one.
