Destroying viscoius black berries!!!!

Oh yeah, they taste good! I have one area I use for berries and got 90 lbs last year! Just need to rid of the problem areas that don't even make good thumb sized berries.

brush hog? Explain... that sounds better than a weed eater.

A brush hog goes behind your tractor and cuts a swath of weeds/grass/brush/seedling trees, etc. Ours cuts about a five foot width, if I remember right. I used to ruin lawn mowers trying to enlarge the yard. ha ha We live in the middle of 82 acres and I don't like feeling closed in. I have seen coyotes and bobcats walk out of those high weeds. my DH makes me wait until the fescue and prairie grass has gone to seed before cutting it that way it will reseed itself. I will post a photo of the tractor as it is still sitting in the field.

Haha! NICE! Now there is no way we are getting our hands on one of thoes! It would be hilarious to see one go down the busy highway. Probably have to be brought in on a truck or something. I don't even have a tractor.. we only have 7 acres in the city and most is wooded. You're lucky! I guess it's weedeater and roundup.

Nice tractor:) we need one of those. We have 5 acres cleared and some areas that are not for lawnmowers, the rest is woods.
What kind of tractor is that? My husband better not see this, he is so ready for one. We just want to pay off some bills first, then get one and a camper to go traveling with:cool:

Ouch, thoes things are way more expensive than the $150 weed eater. That's more than my quarter's tuition and I thought tuition was bad! We don't have a lawn anywhere either so thus no lawn mower too. We don't even have a tiller. I turn over the garden with a shovel and the chickens.

Wendy, it is a Kioti. We got it about four years ago. It will start right up in the winter when other vehicles are straining. ha ha Our driveway goes down into a very steep "holler". It is almost half a mile long through the woods. Without the tractor we would have quite a time getting out when we are in the middle of an ice storm like this past winter even though we both have four wheel drive trucks.
Silkie, I groan for you! ha ha I am too old to be doing all that stuff by hand!!

More power to you!
