Detached air cells on Muscovys

I have 11 Muscovy eggs that were under one hen (Whom was doing a terrable job) and moved them to another who's eggs were due any day and put them in the incubator. About a week later I candled them and they were all fertile but the air cells were all detached except one or two. So I put them in my Incubator and have been hand turning them. I think they have 2 weeks left and the babies are still moving around in the eggs and look fine . Can they still hatch? Is there anything special I should do?
