Hello. To summarize the situation; I got a dozen shipped eggs; 4 eggs have completed detached aircells- wobbly, and float around the egg when you move it- I set all of the eggs on the incubator, and am hoping for the best. I use a Nurture Right 360.
I understand that eggs with detached aircells don’t have as great a chance as hatching, so is there anything I can do to up that chance? I‘ve never incubated eggs with a detached aircell, so besides letting them sit to see if they’ll even start growing, I don’t know what to do, so any advice is appreciated.

I have set detached air cell eggs before and I didn't treat them any differently than a "regular" egg. I incubate all of my eggs vertical, not laying down.
I set them vertical, and have been hand rotating them every few hours; fat end up.
Beware it may not actually be a detached air cell...it could be a scrambled egg which most likely won't develop.
How do i spot out a scrambled egg? I’m new to shipped eggs, so I’m not sure what to look for. What I’m seeing in these eggs is the suspected aircells; that being one or two fat bubbles on the inside that automatically drift to whoever end of the egg is higher. I assumed that meant the aircell was detached.

Scrambled eggs... everything inside moves very freely. It's not easy to spot. The less you mess with the eggs the better.

When you candle and about three or four days you should be able to tell if they're starting to develop or not.

I candled the eggs today. 2/4 of the ones I was watching have started development and looked good, but the other two still looked bubbly so I tossed them. As for the other 8 eggs, I candled them too.
In 2 of the eggs the yolk was drifting, even when the egg was still the yolk looked like it would move. Those 2 eggs did start developing. Is the drifting a sign of being scrambled?
