We got couple barred rock from Tractor Supply as pullets. They seem to be couple weeks old. I am always hesitate to sex them. Is this one a pullet? Its primary flight feather is growing in now.

When you have several barred rocks, you can compare how much white they have.
Males tend to have a lot more white in their barring than females.

And of course the males start to get larger, redder combs at some point, while the females' combs stay small and pale for longer.

Here is a picture of both chicks together. One is slightly larger in tail feather, bigger comb.

It's a bit hard to see the comb under the red light, but going by the amount of white in the barring and yellow on their heads, I think they are the same gender as each other.

I'm not sure which gender they are, just guessing that they match.

What do you guys think now couple weeks later?
