I have 25 chicks they are 2 weeks old. some of them already have all their wing and tail feathers and are starting to get their back and shoulder feathers. most are still getting in their tail feathers. i have one or two that barely have wing feathers. they have the ones at the end of their wings but the feathers between the wing tip and their body haven't started to come in. are they just late bloomers or is there something wrong with them. they are the same size as the others. and seem plump and healthy. they are active and play with the others. they have free access to food an water. again is there something wrong. a genetic problem maybe? and will it effect them later. i'd like to put the whole lot into the coop in about another 2 to 3 weeks but if they don't start to feather out soon i don't see how i can.

yep. all are SLW. straight run. if they weren't soo far behind the rest i wouldn't worry about it and just think they were roos. but it's only a couple out of all of them and i'm bound to have more than 2 roos in a straight run.
