Development stopped at day 14?????

im on day 20 today and I candled one last time just to see if one of the eggs was still alive because it looked little compared to all the others and I didn't see any movement from it when I candled today the egg had no change the chick was still in the same place as before and same size etc. so I took it out and I went to see what day it had looks as though stopped developing at and when I opened it the chick was still alive! why did the chick not get any bigger???? it was about 3/4 the size it should have been and it didn't take up anymore then half the shell and it was always on the same time. now I feel really bad what could have went wrong????

low temperature results in slower growth maybe ur temp was enough to keep it alive but he was too week to grow make sure ur temp is 100-101 if still air and 99-100 if fan .... was the egg very porouse? maybe ur chiken need more clacium

the temp was at 100 and they all get oyster shell daily

then the only thing I can think of is a gentic disorder
