Deworm ducks?

Hi everybody I was just curious to know if a newly hatched duckling who has not been around any other duck and is living in my house if they would have worms?

Not likely. Do they have signs of worms?

No he/she doesn't. I'm just extremely paranoid because I have had to deworm myself because of my constant kissing of my other ducks and goose who are outside. What can I say I love them
