I am looking for a dewormer and am looking for opinions, I’ve never dewormed my chickens before. But I would want to do it this year since we are closing them up way more and I have extended my flock. I was looking online and found the liquid Vet-Rx. Does anyone have experience with that? Would you recommend it? Or do you have any other dewormers that you like/use? Thanks!

Vet-Rx is useless. It's like Vicks vaporub for chickens. It's touted as a treatment for respiratory illnesses.

Have you had a mixed fecal float done?
Why do you think they have worms?
Are they exhibiting any symptoms of having a worm load?
Have you seen any in their poop?

No, but some of my hens have pale combs and wierd poop. Will it hurt if they don’t have worms? Also, what would you recommend?

Valbazen is a broad spectrum dewormer I have used recently it's easy to use. You use a syringe to give it to them orally. First dose, then 2nd dose them 10 days later. It's safe on molting chickens.

You can do it for the whole flock? I will look into it! Thanks!
