Deworming?

I have posted a subject (under chicken behavior and egg laying ) about one of my hens (6 months old SLWyndott) and it seems to me that she never grow all gain any wait although she eats more than her wait every day and all of the flock get about 2.5 hours free ranging everyday.
would you folks please tell me if that worm issue? and how come all other birds getting big?I don't know much because I just start the chicken (Hobby) business few months ago.

Can you tell us where you got your dhickens from? How old are they? any deformities starting to show? What kind of chicks are they?
I had a beautiful little Campion chick that at about 12 weeks just stopped growing. She had the smallest body and oversized wings. Her lower beak did not grow but her upper one did. Her tongue was not normal either. I had to file her beak down about every 2 weeks so she could eat. She did OK but I think my cat did her in.
