Dexamethasone SP Orally?

can dexamethasone injections be given orally? We have a mycoplasma positive flock. A couple have been having a rough week. The vet gave us dexamethasone as an injection, but I'm not comfortable with shots and the person who does them is out of town until tomorrow evening.

I cannot say. Some medicines are fine given orally, but some are not.
