DF brought home a piglet- need help ASAP!

Just keep in mind that while rooting, a pig can do damage to tree roots. I also belong to a pig group and was warned that they can kill trees.

When I was young, my parents brought 2 piglets home. They always got loose and followed us around, loved to be scratched and would roll on their back so we could scatch the belly. My little brother was about 3 at the time, we would put him on the pig and he would ride around. They were really awesome as pets, then dad butchered them and it took me quite a few years before I could eat pork again.

for us sweetfeed alone keeps them alive but very very slow growth. the starter grower and finisher realy help them grow and have energy. you can always mix the sweetfeed in with the starter, grower, finisher a little at a time to use it up. at our feed store the pig food is about twice the price of sweetfeed, but worth every bit of the difference.

Going to Orshelns to get pig food and wormer. Building a pig pen soon. Hope they don't have too many cute chicks, chicken math you know lol. Can he eat walnuts when he's bigger? We have 4 walnut trees.

I heard someone say they feed nuts....if I remember right the shell too

I would not feed that as the main course maybe a snack.
