Dh ??????

Ok, so we're new to the whole chicken thing, but have pretty seriously jumped in with both feet, or all eight feet if we count Mom, Dad, and the kids. Anyways, we have scoured over this site and have received all kinds of priceless information. I have one VERY important question though. WHAT IS A DH? I've read tons of threads and keep seeing this, and have to know what it is. Please help!
