Diagnosing chick foot/walking issues

Good morning! This chick had a real struggle hatching but she has been in the brooder for 24 hours now and still has not really straightened out her walk. It is getting a little less awkward but she spends most of her time huddled down and she walks like she is an airplane trying to take off. She does not really stand.
I was trying to add a short video but it looks like I can only add still shots?

Please help! She is otherwise healthy!

One of my ducks hatched with one foot like this last year.
I made him a splint, so his little foot was in the right position. Which I had to adjust and replace quite often.
Besides calluses on that particular foot he grew up just fine.

May I ask how you splinted it? I was reading about taping it flat to a piece of card board???

However you might need to adjust it for your situation...
I'll tag @Miss Lydia because maybe i'm thinking to lightly of this situation. But yes that's what I would do

You need tio make her a little set of shoes so her feet and toes lay correctly. Do it asap.
