I have a pair of diamond doves that lately they had a pair of eggs and in a morning i finded the eggs broken and since then the female beats him every minute. Why is she doing like this?

I think you will find that the one 'beating' the other one up, and pulling feathers from the back of it's head is the MALE.

The eggs likely got smashes when he was chasing the female too much.

This means the female is not in breeding condition.

I recommend you separate them for a few weeks, and put the cages side by side so they can see each other. Only when the female is ready to breed should you introduce the male to her cage (and make sure the nest basket is securely fixed to the side so the eggs can't tip out).
