Thanks. I've moved her so I can check on her stools. Odd update... she's been having green poops too. She's stopped the red. The green poops started two days ago, but I didn't know who's it was. I haven't got a picture yet, but it's different from regular poops.

I think it's possible it's coccocidiosis because the breeder could be spreading it rather easily.

Should I go for that medicine you listed earlier? I'm worried the male might have it too. Would it be too late to treat the female?

No, it would not be too late. I would treat with corrid, id go with the same dosage they recommend for young chicks, there should be a conversion chart somewhere in the forums. Coccocidiosis would be the best case scenario as it is easily treated. Green poop is probably better than red, she may be recovering but not feeling quite herself yet.

Okay, I finally got some corid. She is still okay but still having greenish poops. Now her mate is too, I'm going to treat him too since he probably does have it.

Now the problem is giving it to them. How should I mix it? I did find a guide on here, but it's for chickens who are much bigger than these little guys! Any ideas?

That is a very good question, the dosage for chickens may be okay as many treat baby chicks with the same dosage.

I'll try to look it up, loftkeeper. It's hard to find any reliable info on DD's (diamonddove.info is the main site, but the owner is unable to keep it updated...).

I just wanted to give a few updates! Martha and Wilson are healthy now, I gave them the corrid mix for about a week and a half or so. Their poops cleared up and they seem to be very healthy!

And...


An egg!! So excited!
