Diarrhea cause?

I have a 4 year old Barred Rock hen. I have heard her sneeze in the coop a few times here and there since I cleaned it mid February. I have not seen her sneeze outside of the coop. She does not have respiratory symptoms that I can hear or see otherwise. I dewormed (I never saw worms, did it as preventative) the chickens with SafeGuard the end of February and followed up with probiotics, vitamins/electrolytes and now I've added Duravet oregano oil to the water this week because of the sneezes. Everyone seems healthy otherwise. I have another chicken with similar looking poop on the butt feathers but not nearly as bad. She seems to be eating and drinking ok, energy levels seem fine. I can't tell if she's back to laying yet. The girls are all getting started again, so its pretty intermittent and they all lay the same colors.

(I did lose a hen 3 weeks ago who seemed to not be doing well for some time. I read Safeguard kills mites and lice but now I'm not so sure after reading more. I thought that perhaps it was mites or lice at first although I never saw any evidence of them. I tried to get ahold of vets but they didn't return my calls.)

If its bacterial, it would make sense with another hen with the same kind of poopy butt. But could it be the Duravet Oregano oil ? What can be causing this? Do I need to start looking for vets again? Anything I could buy at Tractor Supply to treat this? So many questions.

I would suggest giving her a bath and cleaning her butt. Inspect to see if there is anything wrong with her vent or anything around that area. Then, quarantine her from the rest of the chickens. If you have any form of antibiotic spray I'm sure that would help. I haven't personally dealt with diarrhea before but I have had to deal with prolapsing, and I'm sure a bath couldn't hurt. I would suggest also looking up possible treatments for chicken diarrhea. Sorry I can't be of much help
