Diarrhea, fatigue and trembling in broody PLEASE HELP!! URGENT

I did it! i removed all of the eggs. I put them all in a bath of warm water and all were still but 3. Three were making very pronounced movement so I put those 3 back under her. She seemed less stressed just to have only 3 eggs. She has plenty of food and water, she is not shaking anymore. She has turned around, she is teaching the chicks how to eat and drink. I will give these eggs just another day.

Hurray!!!! This morning 2 out of 3 eggs are making sounds! One is pipped! The hen seems fine now. I think she is no longer stressed about which eggs to keep warm. They should hatch today I think.
