I have six , 6 week old chicks and one (at least) has diarrhea. Possibly another but not sure, need to double check. Its hard to tell. So there seems to be so
many causes and I wonder where do I begin? Do I start right away with coccidia meds, (or medicated feed) or do I wait to see if it was too much watermellon, or grass that they ate. I also fed small bits of collard greens, and small amounts of mealy worms. Any "snack" was given in very small amounts, I had electrolytes in water because i'm in AZ and its hot out. Just don't know what I should begin doing first. Please make a suggestion, and if there is any remedy you like that might be more natural, or easy to get in a feed store.

So, I would watch the energy levels closely to determine the severity of the issue. Watermelon and electrolytes can both cause diarrhea, so maybe backing off of those two for a minute would be a good idea.

Is everyone looking okay? Does the diarrhea just look like water? Some normal poo that you will find from chicks will look similar to diarrhea, but you should only see a small amount of it.

Thanks for responding. Its brownish, very mushy, not quite watery except for once or twice i noticed it was a bit watery. Strangely she's had it a while but she's still acting fine (energetic, eating well), so I guess I won't worry for now. I took away the electrolytes and watermelon, as you suggested. I hope it makes a difference.

Could it be cecal poo?
