Diarrhea in Goose

My older female goose Joey has been having diarrhea this evening....she is on antibiotics twice a day following her trip to the Vet who cleaned out a 5" wound in her chest area and found on xray she may have osteomyelitis, (as she falls when walking.) She actually lives at our local park, but I am rehab-ing her until she is well enough to go back there. Tomorrow is Sunday and the Vet is not open....should I hold the antibiotic and see if the diarrhea goes away? --Then call the Vet Monday? (I know you're not normally supposed to stop antibiotics.)

Antibiotics can cause diarrhea, I believe I would try to get some electrolytes into her to keep her from dehydrating.
