Diarrhea in Hen

I purchased Baytril 2.5% to treat my hen who has diarrhea. I do not know how much to give her. Is it .05 ml per lb? What about adding it to her water?

Do you think she has an infection?
What symptoms are you seeing? Have you looked into sour crop, worms or diet causing the diarrhea?

She doesn’t have sour crop. I treated her for worms and Coccidia. I’m giving her electrolytes. She’s been isolated for a week. No change in diarrhea. She is eating and drinking. Not lethargic.

What have you used for worms? Whats her diet? Unless you suspect an infection is causing the issue, baytril will not help. Is it just liquid diarea or white gleet?

For worms I gave her Fenbendazole. I give her Flock Raiser Crumbles. Unfortunately, my hens will not eat the pellets.

I did give her a little bit of yogurt. Diarrhea is liquid with a little bit of green poop. She did have clear liquid come out earlier this morning.
