Thanks! I was thinking of using this:Cottage cheese is very good at firming up loose droppings. Rice (cooked only,) and bits of apple (not applesauce) work well too. That is part of a BRAT diet minus the bread, that helps with diarrhea. But for probiotics the cottage cheese and buttermilk are good. A good brand of plain yogurt has probiotics, but there are more in a probiotic supplement.
