One of my chickens has diarrhea but I don't know which one. What could be causing this and how worried should I be?

There are two approaches to the matter. The first to be treated once or twice a year to prevent the overload of worms. The second to treat only when you see the overload.
You choose the method that is convenient for you. The treatment is done using drugs used to treat worms. I can not recommend a particular type because I do not live in the United States.
